Composition:	Each mL contains: hyosine butyl bromide BP 20 mg, water for injection BP q s
Category:	Anticholinergic
Indications:	Gastric and duodenal ulcer, hiccup, spastic disorders of GI tract and hypermotility, biliary dyskinesia, colonic motility disorder, esophageal spasm, dumping syndrome.
Dosage and administration:	Adults: Injection: 20 mg several times daily as required. Children: Injection: infants and young children: 5 mg t.i.d.
Contraindications:	Prostate hypertrophy with urinary retention, megacolon, GI mechanical stenosis, tachycardia.
Adverse effects:	Anticholinergic effect. IV administration may lead to increased pulse rate, vision disturbances.
Special precautions:	Driving, operating machinery Pregnancy: use with caution, safety not established Breast feeding: use with caution Elderly: caution, may be given in reduced dose
Drug interactions:	Amantadine: may increase in anticholinergic side effects Atenolol, digoxin: efficacy of atenolol and digoxin enhanced Phenothiazines: decreases antipsychotic activity and increases anticholinergic activity TCAs: increases anticholinergic side effects (dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention)
Storage:	Store between temperatures 8℃ to 25℃. Protect from light Keep out of the reach of children
