Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets

The Yashidol 200 is an analgesic medicine that alleviates severe pain without causing any side effects. It is composed of Tramadol hydrochloride and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and functions on the different parts of central and peripheral nervous system to result the positive effect.

Composition:	Each film coated tablet contains: tramadol hydrochloride BP 200 mg, excipients q s Colour: Titanium dioxide BP
Indication:	Used for moderate to severe pain
Dosage & administration:	Tramadol hydrochloride is given by mouth, by intramuscular, subcutaneous or by intravenous route or by suppository. Usual doses by mouth are 100 to 200 mg every 4 to 6 hours. Tramadol hydrochloride may also be given orally as a modified-release preparation twice-daily. The total daily dosage by mouth should not exceed 4000 mg. A dosage interval of 12 hours is also recommended in severe hepatic impairment.
Dependence and withdrawal:	Tramadol may have lower potential for producing dependence than morphine.
Adverse effects:	Tramadol may produce fewer typical opioid effects such as less respiratory depression and less constipation. In addition to hypotension, hypertension may occasionally occur. Anaphylaxis, hallucinations and confusion may also occur.
Precautions:	Tramadol should not be used if there is severe renal impairment. Removal by haemodialysis is very slow. Tramadol should be used with care in patients with a history of epilepsy or those susceptible to seizers.
